  3. I lay beneath the soft moonlight
  4. On yet another sleepless night
  5. Is there any good left in this place?
  6. Even the light of the sun will burn your face
  7.  
  8. And on me still I smell her perfume
  9. But Eden, in fire, has been consumed
  10. My love alone is what remains
  11. And it's the cause of all my pain
  12.  
  13. But if love's the cause of all my pain
  14. Then pain and joy must be the same
  15. For love once gave me happiness
  16. When I was held by you in a sweet caress
  17.  
  18. I don't want to die alone
  19. To have nowhere to call my home
  20. There are no tears upon my face
  21. I only hope one day to find my place
  22.  
  23. Why must I pretend to be strong?
  24. The walls I've built are almost gone
  25. They were built up slow and weakned fast
  26. My calm facade will never last
  27.  
  28. Alone on my roof beneath the soft moonlight
  29. I wish I could get over sleepless nights
  30. I'm only running from my dreams
  31. Because a nightmare waits to break the scene
  32.  
  33. I hope you find where you belong
  34. But a part of me will always be gone
  35. I get out my pen and turn on the light
  36. On yet another sleepless night
